Text messaging terms (for people who receive our texts)

Program: When you call a business that uses RingOnce and the call is not answered, a short greeting offers you a text. If you press 1, that business will send you a text message about your call and reply to messages you send it. Pressing 1 is how you agree to receive these messages, and it is recorded with your call.

Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will usually receive one message per missed call, plus replies to your messages.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you reply START.

Help: Reply HELP, or email peralta@ringonce.net.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.

Service terms (for businesses using RingOnce)

These terms apply to businesses that subscribe to RingOnce. A separate signed order form may set out pricing and other details. If it conflicts with these terms, the order form controls.
